We’re proud to share that Novatrials is making headlines in the lead-up to the launch of our new facility! Featured on the front page of the Newcastle Herald on June 16, 2025, the announcement of our $5 million purpose-built clinical trials centre marks a significant milestone for the Hunter region and for the future of clinical research in Australia.

Set to open this August, the new facility will create 50 new jobs and further establish the Hunter as a national leader in research excellence and health innovation.
As our Medical Director, Professor Jennifer Martin, highlighted, this investment will "strengthen our position as a hub for research excellence."
The timing couldn’t be better—Australia’s clinical trials market is projected to grow from $1.7 billion in 2023 to $2.9 billion by 2030, supporting more than 7,700 jobs across the country.
